Using Human Centered Design (HCD), we run custom learning needs analysis workshops with you. Then we create iterative prototypes to test with your audience. This process allows us to fail fast with minimum effort so we invest your time, energy (and budget!) on a final solution – which we know will hit the mark.

EXPERIENTIAL
If we want to change human behaviour, we need to make learning sticky.
To do this we incorporate multiple opportunities for learners to try out the desired behaviour and then reflect on the experience. This balance between pragmatic application and structured reflection is our 'secret sauce' that keeps both our clients and their learners satisfied.
LEARNER CENTRED
We use Human Centred Design (HCD) to ensure each learning moment meets the real needs of learners (and not the needs we think/ assume they have).
Through HCD, we work with you to generate, test and iterate ideas, ensuring learner feedback forms a critical part of how the learning solution evolves. The result is a learner experience that educates, inspires and leads to measurable behaviour change.

Our streamlined, iterative learning design process includes a number of structured client review points to ensure your voice is heard, and the end solution aligns with your organisation’s unique needs.
FRESH
Balancing traditional learning methods with cutting-edge deign and technology ensures that our learning experiences hit the mark every time.
Instead of relying solely on words to tell a story, we incorporate graphic novels (comic strips), animated videos, or even choose-your-own-adventure style interactive videos to provide an immersive, angaging and effective learner experience.
